Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to be returned to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, the refund will be processed promptly. Due to the nature of our personalized products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on those unless an error was made on our part. If incorrect information was provided for the customization, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that variations in knots and wood grain are natural and inherent characteristics of the material. These variations are not considered defects, and we cannot offer refunds based on these natural features.
